Refunds are available for services that have not been completed. Once laundry services have begun, refunds may be partial or not available depending on the stage of processing.
Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
If you're not satisfied with the quality of service provided by a merchant, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We'll work with the merchant to resolve the issue and may provide a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
